Please allow 2-3 business days, for us to process and ship your order. This time frame may increase during sales. *Please Note: Selecting an upgraded shipping option will not decrease the time it takes to process orders, it only speeds up shipping time it takes to receive your order.
We process and ship out orders Monday - Friday.
Once your order has been shipped and tracking information has been provided. Roundtrip Collective reserves the right to not be responsible for any lost or stolen packages.

Shipping cost for your order is calculated at checkout.
*Please note Roundtrip Collective is not responsible for shipping deliveries/delays due to customs or transfers from USPS to the local carries in your country, and delays once the package is in USPS hands.
Roundtrip Collective is not responsible for any taxes or customs fees your order may incur when receiving an international package.
In-Store and Online Policy
Exchanges or Store Credit Only:
You may exchange or get a store credit 14 days after purchase date- if the item is in the original condition with all tags attached and has no sign of visible wear. All items must be New, Unworn, Unwashed, No Visible signs of wear such as: Makeup, Deodorant Stains, Fragrances, etc.
*All accessories such as jewelry, bags, hats, sale items etc. are final sale, no exchanges.
You may ship items back to get a store credit- if the item is in the original condition with all tags attached and has no sign of visible wear. All items must be New, Unworn, Unwashed, No Visible signs of wear such as: Makeup, Deodorant Stains, Fragrances, etc.
Please note: We must receive the items 14 days after the original ship date.

We kindly ask you to package the item with care in the original form it was sent when possible.

Any order that was purchased ON SALE is non-refundable with no returns or exchanges. No exceptions.
